Job Description
With a customer base extending North to the Gulf, West to Mount Isa and South to Proserpine, we are a preferred supplier of cleaning supplies, equipment, and consumables to a diverse customer base within Nth QLD, including chemicals manufactured right here in Townsville.
As part of the Rapid Clean Group, our aim is to provide our customers with the support of a national organisation while providing a local service, single source, cost effective one-stop-shop solution.
We are looking to employ a highly motivated Customer Focussed Team Member on a full-time basis. Support and training will be provided on our extensive suite of products to ensure you succeed in your new role.
This is a varied working role responsible for:
Providing exceptional customer service across all customer contacts including online, phone and face to face orders.
Collation of orders for our scheduled out of town delivery services.
Providing support to our customers in recommending cleaning solutions and products relevant to their requirements.
Accurate input of orders into our sales ERP system and co-ordination of prompt delivery for our customers to maximise sale opportunities.
Proactive management of customer orders and quotes to maximise sale opportunities.
Providing support to our experienced sales team as required.
Invoicing of accounts.
General administrative duties.
Ensuring our showroom area is tidy and well presented.
Applicants must have the following attributes:
A bubbly personality and the ability to multitask and thrive in a busy work environment.
Previous Customer service/sales experience is desirable.
Excellent organisation skills and strong attention to detail.
Proficient level of computer literacy with knowledge in the use of MS Office Software.
An Excellent Telephone Manner.
Be a strong team player and have a willingness to go above and beyond for customers and work colleges.
