What you’ll do
Job Title: Customer Care Executive
Location: Gurugram
Salary: 36,000 (in-hand) per month + 2,500 monthly attendance bonus
Type: Full-time
Shift: Shift Rotational
Experience: 6 months and fresher
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone.
Resolve issues related to bookings, cancellations, payments, listings, and disputes.
Provide clear, accurate, and prompt information to users.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers at all times.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and follow up on complex issues.
Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Customer-centric mindset with a positive attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and handle high-stress situations calmly.
Proficient in basic computer applications and CRM systems.
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
