About the Role:
We are looking for energetic and reliable professionals to join our US Voice Process – Customer Care team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for making calls to hospitals and clinics for follow-ups regarding medical record requests after the initial submission.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to hospitals/clinics to follow up on medical record requests.
Ensure all communication is clear, professional, and well-documented.
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in every interaction.
Collaborate with team members to meet process goals and deadlines.
Candidate Requirements:
Must be a Graduate.
Excellent English communication and listening skills.
Reliable, motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
Comfortable working in US Night Shifts.
Prior experience in a US voice process or medical records retrieval is a plus (not mandatory).
