JOB DETAILS
One of our clients, a reputed BPO based in Chennai, is looking out for Customer Care Executives.
Roles responsibilities:
1. Answer calls in a timely and professional manner
2. Respond to customer inquiries
3. Research required information using available resources
4. Handle and resolve customer complaints
5. Provide customers with product and service information
6. Input customer information on CRM system correctly
7. Identify and escalate priority issues to Team Lead
8. Follow up customer calls where necessary
+. Complete call logs.
Desired candidate profile:
1. Graduate with excellent English comminuication skills-both verbal and written
2. Should be open to work in night shifts.
3. 6 months to 1 year experience in an international voice process would be an added advantage
4. Immediate joinees preferred
5. WORK FROM HOME facility till lockdown
6. Laptop/PC, Internet Connection is mandatory
