Job Description
Making sales calls, continuously updating, and maintaining our CRM database. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Make an outbound call to potential customers.
- Handle Inbound calls for questions about company product
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Respond to customer/Visitor queries through chat or email
- Search for potential customer phone number and reach out to him or her directly
- Update the information about potential customer in CRM database
- Follow up with potential customers on regular basis.
- Send Messages on social channels to secure time to discuss.

Minimum Requirements
- Graduate or Non-Graduate with very good English-speaking skills
- Oral Communication Skills Rate and clarity of speech, tone and inflection and grammar
- Written Communications Spelling Skills, grammar, and legible handwriting
- PC Skills Prior experience with computers and/or data entry
