As a Customer Care Executive in the travel industry, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients who require assistance with their travel plans. This role involves dealing with customer queries, providing travel advice, and managing bookings, among other responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer queries and provide relevant travel advice via phone, email, or chat
• Provide accurate information on flight schedules, routes, travel packages, and pricing to customers
• Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and refunds as per company policies
• Assist customers with online check-in procedures, seat selection, and baggage information
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and efficient service
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to provide the best possible service to customers
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Work collaboratively with other departments, such as sales and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements:
• Proven work experience (6 Months-2 Years) as a customer care executive or similar role in the travel industry would be preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Familiarity with travel booking systems and online booking platforms
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications:
• A bachelor's degree in hospitality, travel, or a related field is preferred. Or any under graduate can apply.
Salary: Up to 3 LPA (Depending upon the previous work experience)
Job Location: Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur
Timings: 11 AM- 7 PM
