• Telecommunications operatives will need to speak clearly and professionally, and they will need to respond to all transfer calls quickly.
• They will also answer all the general questions about any services provided
• Telecommunications operative will also set up conference calls, manage a range of location information, as well as the system.
• A telecommunications operator will have knowledge about CRM and Indiamart and keep very accurate records; they will update the database and logs where required, as well as include call information identification numbers
• A telecommunications operator will need to decide where to route these calls too, and if they need to covered by security personnel or not
• Telecommunications operatives are responsible for effective client services, and customer services too
• The telecommunications operative will perform daily administrative tasks; this includes a scheduling meeting room, appointments between clients and staff, receiving faxes, sending communications, and accepting orders.
• Processing packages, other incoming mail, delivering outgoing mail and packages to the post office and other shipping facilities as directed is a common task of telecommunications operatives.
