We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated Customer Care Executive to join our e-commerce team. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our e-commerce customers. You will primarily interact with customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, resolving their inquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali language is required for this position.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely information regarding products, orders, shipping, returns, and other related matters.
Assist customers in navigating our website, locating products, and placing orders.
Resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns by investigating the problem, identifying solutions, and ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
Process returns, refunds, and exchanges in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex or unresolved customer issues for further investigation and resolution.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Provide product recommendations and assist customers with product selection based on their needs and preferences.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries using our CRM system.
Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and participate in implementing solutions to enhance the customer care experience.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Customer Care Executive or similar customer-facing role in an e-commerce environment.
Excellent verbal skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Empathetic and patient with excellent active listening skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and CRM systems is preferred.
Strong computer skills and proficiency in using customer support tools and software.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per business requirements.
