Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Telesales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales and meeting targets by making outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.
Responsibilities:
Generate leads through cold calling and other tactics
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the company's products and services
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
Establish long-term relationships with customers
Utilize data from CRM systems to track performance metrics
Remain up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competition.
Requirements:
Previous experience in telesales or customer service role
Proficient in using computers and web-based applications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, detail oriented, with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
