Responsibilities and Duties:
- Accurately present company services and products, by phone
- Source new sales opportunities through outbound and inbound calls
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and details
- Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
- Follow communication scripts and adapt them to customer needs
- Manage and prioritize own workload to meet performance targets
- Work collaboratively with other members of the Sales and Customer Service teams
