Full Job Description
To handle all incoming calls on support number and make Outgoing calls to customers
To keep track of missed calls and voice mails on panel and co-ordinate with those customers and calling back the missed call customers
Complaint registration with brand customer care and follow up from start to end for proper closure of the claim case
Co-ordination with customers and service centres for appointments, repairs estimates, complaints resolution and follow up with service centres for GST/IGST invoices
Co-ordination with customers and local electricians for fan installation and air cooler demo appointments, negotiations with local electricians and co-ordination for their payments.
Timely status update of each opened / In process / closed claim case on excel/near sheet where ever required.
To arrange pickups (Reverse + Forward) from sellers, customers, clients in co-ordination with logistics partners
To handle backend operations, data management, data analysis as per Organisation’s requirements
