Department: EPC -Help desk
Experience required - 0 to 1 years.
Education qualification: B.com
Job Profile: -
To work on helpdesk ticketing system & respond to the queries (service requests) raised by employee.
To ensure all service requests are answered appropriately.
Whenever required forward certain queries to concerned Dept for their feedback/solution & thereafter respond to employee.
Handling of employee call through IVR system.
Ensure proper & polite response to calls.
Maintain the quality of responses to call/service request.
