Role Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join our team. This is a full-time entry-level position . As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information via various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.
Handling and resolving customer complaints, ensuring their satisfaction and maintaining a positive customer experience.
Managing and updating customer records and accounts in our database.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and ensure prompt resolutions.
Providing support to customers in navigating our products, services, and policies.
Maintaining a high level of professionalism and delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
Requirements:
0–1 year of experience in customer service or any industry (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
A bachelor's degree in any field.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using computer applications and a basic understanding of MS Office tools
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
Empathy and patience are needed when dealing with customer concerns or complaints.
Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities.
A positive attitude and a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service.

Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
