Min 6 months of Domestic BPO Experience
Location - Airoli/Andheri
> Gender - Male/Female
> Requirement - Good comms skills, Fluency, Grammar.
Basic computer knowledge.
> Education - HSC/Graduate fresher
>Shift Timings- Rotational Shift
> Salary Range : 10,700 - 30,000
> WO - 5 days working (2 FO)
> Age - 18 yrs to 35yrs
> Freshers as well as experienced can apply.
> Need Excellent comms with MS Excel & Word Knowledge (B28 high quality)
> Candidates have to answer inbound calls and assist customers with their Queries/Requests/Complains related to their banking products like Savings A/c, Current A/C, Credit Cards, etc
> Raise Requests & Complaints on behalf of the customer in the CRM tool.
> Candidate should be fluent in English as well as Hindi.
> Male / Female both can apply.
> Transportation boundary: CST to Andheri / Bhayander / Powai / Kurla
> No transportation facility will be provided.
> Extra Benefits: PF deduction, salary on Bank Payroll
> 6 days working, 1 rotational offs.
> Rounds of Interviews: 1 (HR)
