Light Tree Ventures (LTV) works with brands from all over the world. We develop custom light
therapy devices that are being sold online and offline. This development is often a R&D sprint,
designing a prototype and getting it ready for production. A fast and creative process, realizing
the next generation product for a brand. LTV also owns several brands for which we develop our
own innovative light therapy products.
In our India team we are looking for a Customer Care Executive.
Job description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Customer Care Executive to join our reputable
medical device company. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing
exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their
concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner. This position requires excellent
communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a genuine desire to assist customers in
their healthcare journey.
Your main tasks will include:
• Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate and helpful information
regarding our medical devices, services, and policies.
• Assist customers in placing orders, processing returns, and resolving product-related
issues.
• Communicate with customers via various channels, such as phone calls, emails, and live
chat, ensuring a high level of professionalism and empathy.
• Document all customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately in the customer
relationship management (CRM) system.
• Collaborate with internal departments, including sales, technical
support, and logistics, to address customer needs and ensure a
seamless customer experience.
• Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services based on
customer needs and preferences.
• Stay updated on the features, specifications, and usage guidelines of our medical devices
to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
• Assist in the resolution of customer complaints or escalations by following established
procedures and escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments.
• Continuously strive to achieve customer satisfaction goals and key performance
indicators (KPIs) set by the company.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance
product knowledge and customer service skills.
Your skillset includes:
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Proven work experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in the medical
device or healthcare industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical
information in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize with customers while maintaining
a professional manner.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet
deadlines.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
