Job Description:
As a Client Calling and Appointment Booking Executive, your primary responsibilities will include:
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to clients in a professional and efficient manner.
Coordinate and schedule appointments for clients
Confirm and remind clients of upcoming appointments.
Understand and assess clients' needs and preferences to ensure a smooth and satisfactory appointment scheduling process.
Provide accurate and detailed information to clients regarding services, appointment procedures, and any other inquiries.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, appointments scheduled, and follow-up actions taken.
Ensure all client information is up-to-date and accurately recorded in the system.
Address client concerns and complaints promptly to the head of department
Adhere to established communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.
to engage clients and enhance their overall experience with the company.
Requirements:
Fluent in English.
Comfortable commuting to Nariman Point.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using scheduling and CRM tools.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Prior experience in client calling, appointment booking, or a related field is a plus.
Preferred from a BPO or Call center environment which will be an advantageous

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
