Job Details:
Shift Details: Fixed Day Shift.
Working Days: 5 days a week and 2 days week off (Saturday and Sunday fixed offs)
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Responsibilities:
- Should handle queries related inbound calls comfortably.
- Provide exceptional customer service in a domestic voice process setting.
- Work smoothly and effectively with your team.
- Follow company guidelines and standards.
- Maintain accuracy and adhere to company policies and industry standards.
- Help customers in solving their queries promptly and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written (Mandatory).
- HSC to Any Degree holders can apply
- Freshers can apply
- Experienced candidates with at least 6 months of experience in tele calling or customer service also can apply.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Graduate Fresher: ₹15,000 In hand
