Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive-Voice with an excellent command over English for one of our client (MNC) who is World Master in developing & providing a wide variety of hardware components as well as software and related services to consumers & large enterprises.
The applicant will act as a liaison in providing & assisting information about products & Services and resolve any emerging problems that the customer might face.
Candidate with Good Communication Skills- ONLY apply.
Roles and Responsibilities
Communication with customers in Empathetic & Professional manner through various channels Promptly & Timely.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support all the times while maintaining records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Processing orders forms, applications, and requests.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Eligibility Criteria
Any Graduate -10 +12 + 3 is mandatory (Undergraduates need not apply)
Fresher’s or Experienced anyone can apply
