1. Handling the inbound voice calls
2. Assisting customers on banking related queries
3. Pitching for sales of credit card, debit card, personal loans etc
4. Languages Required: English & Hindi

Qualification PUC with 6 months call center experience/
Graduate Fresher
Shifts Females: Day Shift (Between 7am to 7pm window)
Males: Rotational Shifts
Mode of Work : Work From Office

Training Period
Credit Card 45 Days, 15000 Stipend
Retail Banking 45 Days, 15000 Stipend
Retail Assets 35 Days, 11500 Stipend
Spilnters 15 Days, 5000 Stipend
