Location: Kolkata (Sec V)
Time: AUS (5.30 AM - 2.30 PM) / US (8 PM - 5 AM)
Role & Responsibilities:-
• Should attend international outbound calls.
• Maintaining database in Excel in a clear format.
• Gain quick knowledge of our products provided by the company.
• Contact new or existing customers to inform them about our services.
• Understand the needs of the prospects and guide them accordingly.
• Answer the questions and concerns of new and existing clients.
• Respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication.
Experience in website campaigns will be preferred.
Salary: 20k-25k
min 1-year exp.
Other Benefits:
Saturday and Sunday are fixed off along with one-way home pick/drop facilities
