Job role:
1. Handling Customer Queries and Providing Information as per Defined Standards
2. Effective Re dress of all Customer Complaints and Providing Solutions/escalating Problems
3. Follow Up On Escalations and Closing Them
4. Educating Customers About Bank's other Products and Services
5. Generating Leads and Passing Them to Concerned Department
6. Providing Feedback to the Team Leaders About Product and Process and Contribute to the Improvement
7. Educating Customers About Channel Migration
8. Improve Efficiency as per Interactions and Feedback Received
+. Updating Product and Processes in Data bank
Eligibility Criteria:
-Should be a Graduate
-Should Have Good Communication skills in English
-Should be Flexible with Shifts
-Should be interested working in a banking sector

Insurance based Outbound Customer Service & Telesales Process -
Graduate Pass with minimum 6 months of telesales experience is a must
Candidate must be comfortable to work for a telesales for process
Fluent English + Hindi is a must
Additonal languages known will be an added advantage - Bengali, Kannada, Telugu
Should be comfortable to work in day rotational shift between 10 am to 7 pm / 11 am to 8 pm / 12 pm to + pm
Sunday fixed off + 2 additional offs in a month
No Night Shifts
Age Limit: 32 yrs.
