Any Graduate/Undergraduate can apply.
Location - Panchkula, Haryana.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Ensure that all valid customer concerns are being dealt with immediately.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods.
• Help build positive relations within the team and external parties.
• Address customer issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner.
• Interact with customers through a variety of channels such as phone and email.
• Keep updated records and create reports.
• Handling incoming customers' queries.
• Solving and presenting a problem-solving approach.
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
• Ability to prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Ability to efficiently interact through phone & emails.
• Should be able to multi-task.
• Should have 0-3 years of relevant experience.
• Should have good communication skills.
• Should have good computer skills
• Freshers can also apply.
Salary is up to 8 k to 12 k Fixed.
