Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive for our Pune location. Freshers are welcome to apply. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing information about products/services, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound & outbound customer calls.
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat.
Provide accurate information about company products/services.
Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
Maintain customer records in the system.
Follow up with customers for feedback and issue resolution.
Note: 2 to 5 Days Training will be Provide
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream)
Freshers can apply
Good communication skills (Hindi / English / Marathi preferred)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Basic typing speed
Problem-solving ability
Teamwork and time management
Shift Details:
Day Shift / Rotational Shift
6 Days Working (1 Weekly Off)
