We are hiring for Customer Care Executive who will be involve to handling Customer Queries, Tell them about our rates and services, Confirm the bookings over the call itself, Handle Driver/Vendor Queries, Assign duties to drivers, coordinate with drivers and customer throughout the journey whether the pick-up is on time, how was the ride, after journey take the feedback calls and close the bill.
Its a general travel process for car-rental services.

Male: Only Night Shift
