Strong Follow-up on all the assigned cases regarding Customer’s requirements & queries.
Administrative & Documentation work regarding Customer’s order Processing.
Maintain Coordination between linked department like order management & dispatching.
To update Information to customer regarding product tracking.
Skills & Knowledge:
Preferred medium level English & Hindi Language communication.
Must have MS office & Email drafting Knowledge.
Minimum 1-2 year of experience required.
Shift Timing :
1). 7:00am to 04:00pm
2). 4:00pm to 01:00am
3). 2:00pm to 11: 00pm
