Job Title: Customer Care Executive & Business Development Executive
Job Overview:
The Customer Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales through outbound calls from
CRM, online chat, and email communication. The ideal candidate will possess good communication skills, a competitive spirit, and a passion for sales. The Customer Sales Executive will work closely with the sales team to identify and develop new prospects, maintain existing customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Shift Time: 10.00 AM to 7.00 PM
Salary and Benefits: Fixed salary of [8500 to 18000] per month, plus incentives and performance- based bonuses

Responsibilities:
• Generate sales leads and drive new business growth through outbound calls, online chat, and email communication.
• Understand customer needs and identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell products and services.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities in the CRM system.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Stay up-to-date with product and industry knowledge to effectively sell products and services to customers.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications: 12th Passed & above
