Job Opportunity: Customer Support Executive – International BPO
Immediate joiners will be preferred
Location: Surya Wave, Bangalore
Salary: Up to 33,000 per month
Shift: 5 days a week (Rotational Shifts)
Eligibility Criteria:
Experience: Fresher to 2 years in an International BPO (Over all experience should not be more than 2 years)
Skills Required:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills
Basic computer knowledge
Job Role & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer queries professionally
Provide accurate information and support to customers
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
