Job Summary
We are hiring for International Voice (BPO) for the posts like Customer Support Officer and Technical Support Engineers for both Technical & Non-Technical Voice process in Pune. We are associated with Big Brand Companies who have a continuos requirement. We are looking for Graduate Freshers as well as Under Graduates with experience. International Voice Experience of minimum 6 months will be a additional benefit. For Undergraduates different companies have their own policy accordingly.
Responsibilities and Duties
Depending on whether Technical or Non-Technical Process the posts duties include - Customer Service into Voice process for Technical or likewise queries related to computers,networking,application support and the candidate must have knowledge about active directory as well.
This will include resolving the issues related to networks or likewise / assuring complete customer satisfaction / feedback collection, etc
The candidate should be flexible to work for a voice process.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
• Any Graduate / Fresher / Undergrad
• Should be flexible with work timings 24 7
• Minimum qualification no bar ( depending on company criteria)
• Should posses GOOD/EXCELLENT command and fluency skills in English.
• Relevant Experience in International Voice process with add as a benefit for Hike in last drawn salary
• Undergrad - depends on the company policies and criterias set accordingly.
