Job Profile - Relationship Manager - Customer Support Services

Shift Type - Rotational(Every single candidate must work in 24*7 rotational shifts)
Working Days - 6 (week offs would be also rotational)
Salary Range - Up to 15K CTC
Work Type - Work from Office (Hospital)

Required Skills -
Good communication skills, expertise in working on MS Office, time punctuality, preventability, etc.
Organizational and time-management skills, decision-making skills, etc.
Role & Responsibilities - As a Relationship Manager you will be responsible for resolving the queries of the concerned persons calling in the hospital, announcing the codes, transferring the calls, managing the data on CRM software, making feedback calls as well as building good relationships with the customers/clients, etc.
Note - The candidate must either have his/her vehicle for commuting to the office place or must be local to the workplace as no cab facility is available.
