Roles and Responsibilities-
• Respond to customer queries via voice, understand & provide solution
• Identify customer needs
• Maintain quality communication
• Monitor customer complaints and reach out to provide assistance
• Inform customers about new features and functionalities
• Gather customer feedback and share with respective team
• Maintain records

Salary: Up to ₹15,500.00 per month
