About the Internship:
We are hiring customer service representatives (with 1-2 years of experience) for our high-fashion footwear brand - Tresmode. Location - Lower Parel.
Key responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound and outbound calling for customer service
2. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
3. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
4. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
5. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Mumbai and neighboring cities
2. Candidates with previous experience as an intern in customer care
