Roles & Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls in Kannada language.
Assist customers by providing accurate information about products and services.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently.
Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism during calls.
Update customer information and call details in the system.
Follow company processes, quality standards, and call handling guidelines.
Achieve daily productivity and customer satisfaction targets.
Required Skills
Fluent communication in Kannada.
Basic knowledge of English communication.
Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Ability to handle customers politely and patiently.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
