Globally, it operates in about 135,000 computerized workstations, with more than 1+0,000 employees across 340 contact centres in 74 India, there are 6 centres: 3 in Jaipur, 1 in Gurgaon, 1 in Mohali & 1 is a BPO company, hence the major hiring requirements are of agent staff .Usually, and the hiring count is around 1000 to 2000 candidates every month for all 6 sites which includes hiring for Domestic, Premium Domestic hiring process is quite simple: There are 2 rounds of interview: HR Round & Ops Round. Both the interviews are carried on over the phone and once the candidate is shortlisted, offer letter is released for the same on mail. Hiring is done at Pan India level.

Teleperformance hiring for International Customer support executives with salary upto-27k CTC/ Fresher/ Exp both can apply @ Jaipur / HR Connect-+8180-3185+ / +864XXXXXX

Salary-23k, 25k and 27k CTC.

Any Educational Background, should be 12th pass and 18 years old
• Any Graduate/UG Dropout
• Good communication skills required- Written and Oral.
• Comfortable with 247 Rotational Night Shifts and Rotational Offs.

Responsibilities and Duties

Responsible to deliver high quality and productivity results that meet the identified targets

Would require strong upselling skills

Energetic, friendly and approachable individuals who understand the importance of great customer service

Need strong command on convincing the customers

Transaction handling Services, Problem Solving Efficiency.

Maintains composure and patience with customers

Ability handle tough situation with customer

Hit the client metrics

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Language proficiency spoken Good Communication skills

Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills

Outstanding verbal, written and listening skills (English)

Understands details of several functions to provide quality service

Carefully write/type messages to ensure professional tone

Candidate should have good knowledge about Computer

Must be 18 years of age or older

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Candidate should have excellent Interpersonal skills

Open to work in rotational shifts, according to business needs

Must pass Operations Validation

Candidate should have all relevant documents
