• Location:- Mumbai ( Thane, Fort Lower Parel)

Job Role:Counter Sales Executive (Process Currency Exchange & Domestic holiday packages)
Responsibilities:
1. Driving Sales
2. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction3. Ensuring quality service by following the organization standards
3. Responsible to achieve daily / weekly / monthly targets as specified by the BM
4. Maintain & follow grooming standards as specified in the SOP Manual
5. Adhere to Enquiry Management & Booking Process as specified in the SOP Manual
6. Responsible to handle enquiries through – Walk in, Telephonic, Email, City PSA & TravelAgents
7. Ensure that customer is provided with complete details pertaining to the product & cost
8. Responsible for relationship building and servicing the city PSA & TAs
+. To maintain query turnaround time as per SOP8. Initiate telesales calls for follow ups & closure of sales bookings
10. Responsible to coordinate with service team for post-sale process
11. Maintain Daily Sales Report
12. Responsible to maintain their enquiries in a database for future follow-ups and to regularlysend emails on new offers
13. Responsible to maintain Customer Satisfaction levels @ min +5% during the entire customerinteraction
14. Adhere to company policy and systems
15. Ensure zero monetary losses by cancellation of liabilities and timely collections
16. Ensure minimal risk related exposure for the organization by doing all necessary duediligence.
17. Ensure compliance to systems and process as per audit requirement.
18. Ensuring Business Losses are reduced.
1+. Attending to customer escalations and resolving them in a timely manner.
20. Identify new revenue generation opportunities for distribution expansion and ensuring repeatbusiness opportunities
21. Understanding the market and gaining competition insights and accordingly changing plansand strategy

• Needs to have good communication skills
• Needs to have a flair or some inclination towards sales or counter sales
• Preference if the candidate has experience of retail counter sales/hospitality etc
• Needs to be flexible in terms of extended working hours

• Needs to be committed & dedicated
• Needs to have a scalability factor as a future prospect.
Qualification:
Minimum Graduate (Any)
If not a graduate - At Least 1 year of experience
