queries. This is a blended process. Employee has to respond to customer inquiries via email & telephone
and ensure customer satisfaction. Ratio: 80% Calls and 20% emails.

A. Roles & Responsibilities
Executives are responsible for following these procedures:
Handle Inbound and Outbound calls.
Handle Email transactions.
Schedule appointment of Applicants for Documentation and biometrics.
Check the status of the applied VISA.
Renew the Visa of the applicants staying Abroad.
Handle the queries and complaints regarding VISA.
Collection and dispatch status of Passports.
B. Other Activities
Provide quick and effective resolution to customer's query.
Display empathy and concern towards applicants
Create WOW experience.
Eligibility:
1 year Experience in International Voice process.
Good Communication and Writing skills.
Multitasking ability.
Technical Competencies:
Typing speed 25 to 30wpm with +0% accuracy.
Hands on experience on working with Microsoft Office applications Word, Excel, Access and
PowerPoint.
Should be able to work on multiple applications simultaneously.
Be fluent and clear in speech.
Soft Skills: (Language)
English
Qualification: Graduates and Undergraduates
Working Days: 5 days (Saturday, Sunday off).
