Job description - Outbound Sales
• Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.
• Good in customer dealing (Know about Customer Service, Online Shopping Portals)
• Providing product related information to the customers.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Good Communication.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and upselling along with support.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Handle customer queries provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
& follow up to ensure sales.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
• Making Outgoing calls of customers and capturing important details in the system,
• Document accurately.
• Working Hours 0+:00 am to 06:00 pm (Monday Saturday) Day Shifts.
• Working Hours 0+:00 am to 06:00 pm (Monday Saturday) Day Shifts.
• Working Hours 0+:00 am to 06:00 pm (Monday Saturday) Day Shifts.
• 6 Days Working.
• Freshers / Experienced both can apply.
• Min qualification
• High School, Under Graduate, Graduate & Post Graduate.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Decent command on spoken English with fluency.
• Should be good in Hindi/English.
• Experience Handling Inbound and Outbound calls.
• Awareness about Online Selling Portals.
• Awareness about Skin Care, Cosmetics & Beauty Products.
• Good Interpersonal Skills (Positive attitude, Negotiation Skills)
• Sales driven (Know basic selling skills on call)
