About the Role
Flax is looking for a Customer Care Executive who will manage all customer interactions related to online food orders, queries, and complaints across our delivery platforms. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth communication with customers and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
The role is office-based and involves handling calls, messages, and complaints related to online orders.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer calls related to online orders, queries, and complaints
Manage communication from delivery platforms and online portals
Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly
Coordinate with outlet teams and operations team to resolve order-related issues
Maintain records of complaints, feedback, and resolutions
Ensure quick response time and customer satisfaction
Provide accurate information regarding menu items, delivery timelines, and order issues
Escalate critical issues to the Operations team when required
Requirements
Fluent English communication is mandatory
Ability to handle customers calmly and professionally
Good listening and problem-solving skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to manage multiple calls and messages
Prior experience in customer support / call center / restaurant industry is preferred.
