Mobile Programming is urgently hiring a Customer Care Executive who addresses the issues of the customers and provides them with relevant solutions. You will be one of the most important parts of our organisation as you represent the company as a whole. You are responsible for retaining the customers by providing them assistance and establishing good relations with them.
Responsibilities:-
• Manage Incoming Phone Calls
• Must Have Good Command of English.
• Provide Accurate, Valid And Complete Information By Using The Right Methods/Tools
• Handle Complaints, Provide Appropriate Solutions And Alternatives Within The Time Limits; Follow Up To Ensure Resolution
• Maintains Records.
• Follow Communication Procedures, Guidelines And Policies
