Job Responsibilities:
Primary Interaction with the Customer for order, payments, New products, and other relevant updates.
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner via telephone, email, or other channels.
Handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
Have to pack orders, coordinate with delivery partners, and keep track of timely delivery.
Monitor customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Develop relationships with customers to build loyalty.
Requirements
Skills Required:
Freshers are welcome or Minimum of "N" years experience as a Customer Care Executive or similar role.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal..
