Work Position: Backoffice - Medical Records Retrieval (Voice Process)
Work Location: Ahmedabad – Science City
Workdays & Timings: Mondays to Friday – 06.30pm to 03.00am (US Night Shift)
Experience: Freshers & experienced both can apply
Important Skills: Fluency in English communications MANDATORY
Requirements: Responsible for making calls to Hospital and Clinics for follow up regarding medical record request after initial submission of request
Responsibilities:
Must be reliable, honest, motivated, organized, detail oriented and able to work independently
Good communications skills - ability to comprehend English is essential
Should be able to apply rules and guidelines to case situations after understanding the case
Flexibility to work in US shifts will be required
Must be a Graduate or should not be pursuing any kind of education ▪ Prior experience in US Healthcare Calling Process, medical records retrieval preferred not mandatory
