• To handle inbound customer (B2C) tickets.
• Preparation of effective reports.
• Handling critical customer complaints.
• Should have knowledge of MS Excel.
• Should have decent communication skills.
Salary:
₹15,141.53 - ₹20,0+2.04 per month

• Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

• Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
Microsoft Excel: 1 year (preferred)
