Role Description

Smokey Cocktail is looking for a full-time Performance Marketing Manager for an on-site role in New Delhi. As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns to enhance the company's brand awareness, engagement and increase sales.

Qualifications
• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing, preferably in a luxury or eCommerce industry.
• Expertise in SEM, SEO, Google Analytics, AdWords, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn ads.
• Demonstrated experience in increasing customer acquisition, revenue, and profit through a variety of marketing channels.
• Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization to improve conversion rates.
• Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills with a keen eye for insights and trends.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Experience with market research and data analysis. Knowledge of SQL is an added advantage.
• Digital Marketing Certifications and experience in Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
