We’re expanding our customer experience division in Jaipur and are hiring skilled English communicators for our international voice and non-voice (chat/email) processes.

Job Role & Responsibilities:
Manage international customer queries via phone, chat, or email with professionalism.
Provide accurate, timely information and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain quality and productivity benchmarks while resolving customer issues.
Document and escalate issues when needed through internal systems.
Collaborate with your team to improve service standards and efficiency.
Who Can Apply:
Education: 10+2, Undergraduate, or Graduate (any stream).
Experience: Freshers and Experienced professionals are welcome.
Must-Have Skills:
Excellent spoken & written English.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Basic computer & typing proficiency.
Availability: Willing to work in night shift (5.5 days a week).
Relocation: Must be open to relocating to Jaipur (Company provides support).
