• FEMALE Only MALAYALAM Language speaking Preferable
Experience 6 Month 3 Year experience in Customer Service in Insurance/Banking/Financial Services. Customer Service in BPO/Insurance industry preferred
Responsibilities
• should have zeal to service customers in inbound calling set up
• excellent with communication skills
• insurance background an added advantage.
• should have inbound call calling experience
• Flexible to work in Rotational shifts
Requirements
• At least 6 Month experience in Customer Service in Insurance/Banking/Financial Services mandatory
• Should be proficient spontaneous in English
• Only Graduate
• Should be passionate for growth
• Should not be more than 33 years of age
• Should be vaccinated ( Covid )
• Should be open to work from office
