In the Customer Services space, we're on a journey to change the way we deliver services to our customers as we focus on moving from good to great. We have several new and exciting roles to help us along this journey.

We're building new capabilities across technology, process and our people to deliver better customer service outcomes, so, if you are looking for a dynamic and challenging role to help you grow as an individual then these are the roles for you! We have multiple Customer Service Representative opportunities including:

Full-time permanent role
Part-time permanent role
Full-time fixed-term role


These roles will be based at our customer service centres located in our Central Auckland Retail location, however, you may also be required to work across all service centres to ensure we meet Aucklanders needs.

In an environment where every interaction matters, these roles are varied, and challenging yet rewarding that requires passion and a drive for supporting our people and community - you will be part of the day-to-day life of our people and community as they travel to work/school/holiday or just to pop in for general directions. As the face of Auckland Transport, you will act as both an advocate for our services, and as a champion for our users. Your role is to ensure that travellers have the best experience possible, no matter the mode of travel they wish to take!
