Job Description:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests
Provide accurate information about products/services
Maintain customer records and update details in the system
Follow company policies and customer service guidelines
Ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution
Coordinate with internal teams when required
Skills Required:
Good communication skills (Hindi/English; regional language preferred)
Basic computer knowledge
