Customer Care Representative
Position Overview: As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction. You will utilize your communication skills and product knowledge to ensure a positive customer experience at every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat.
Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Maintain customer records by updating account information and notes.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Ensure high customer satisfaction ratings and escalate issues as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve processes.
Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies.
Requirements:
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; MS XLS.
