Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound customer queries, issues, and requests promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information about Reliance Jio products, services, and promotions.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to mobile devices, network connectivity, and applications.
• Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the designated systems.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments for further investigation and resolution.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed satisfactorily.

Requirements:
• Minimum educational qualification: 12th Pass.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
