RELINACE Jio is urgently hiring Customer Service Representatives for their inbound process, offering the opportunity to work from home. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for addressing inbound customer inquiries, concerns, and requests related to telecommunications services, products, and offerings. This role requires you to have a smartphone for accessing necessary tools and systems to assist customers effectively.

Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound customer queries, issues, and requests promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information about Reliance Jio products, services, and promotions.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to mobile devices, network connectivity, and applications.
• Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the designated systems.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments for further investigation and resolution.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed satisfactorily.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude while interacting with customers.

Requirements:
• Minimum educational qualification: 12th Pass.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
• Ability to work independently and efficiently from a remote location.
• Proficiency in using smartphones and computer applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
