We are currently looking to add another dedicated Customer Care specialist.

The Role:

This position is based in our Customer Service Call Centre. We are looking for an all-rounder who enjoys working in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide exceptional customer service. The customer care specialist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, responding to email enquiries, and assisting with online chat.

The Requirements:

Friendly, outgoing and customer-centric approach to customer service

Confident phone manner and written communication skills

Previous experience in a customer service role

High levels of attention to detail and computer proficiency

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Experience in the use of Pronto Software or similar ERP - helpful but not essential

Professionalism, enthusiasm and a sense of humour as well as a love of being active!

You will be given all the resources and on the job training to ensure your success. Normal office hours Monday to Friday. There is opportunity for career growth for the right person. A great remuneration package dependent on experience and qualifications.
